Training CoursesWe run courses for customers to provide a basic understanding of flour technology and flour specifications. We also tailor courses on specific topics such as Bread, Pizza, Pastry and Cakes to meet your requirements.

Basics of flour technology is aimed at Development Technologists, Quality Assurance and Operational staff. This course gives an overview of the flour milling process; from properties of wheat, the milling process, testing flour quality and the functionality of flour as an ingredient.

Ingredients and Process is aimed at Development and Process Technologists and Operatives. This is a hands-on course that gives attendees the opportunity to make products and work through fault diagnosis to identify and remedy typical processing faults.

The courses are run in our Technical Centre, utilising the Test Bakery and Conference Facilities.
