Customer SolutionsWe have a proven track record of helping customers to develop new products and improving existing products. As a customer, you will have access to our dedicated Customer Solutions team who have a wealth of bakery experience to assist with in-process problem solving and product development. From our Technical Centre at Worksop, we offer a range of training courses to improve the knowledge of flour technology particularly aimed at your Development Technologists and Operational staff. The Test Bakery and Laboratory are available to customers for undertaking product development work and it is particularly conducive if you want a quiet environment, free from the day-to-day interruptions of working on site.

The Customer Solutions team are available throughout the process; from selecting the best flour for your products through to processing trials and product launch. The interaction starts from the moment we engage a customer and we encourage regular contact to facilitate NPD and product enhancement. We have a range of standard flours that are tried and tested for designated applications but we often develop bespoke products for a specific application or where a unique processing configuration is used.
